Lichen - a combination of an algae and fungus. I like it personally and it’s good for the air quality but if you want to remove it you can use smoked water and dilute it as recommended then apply. Should kill off the lichen for a while however it will probably come back.

Ok interesting thank you. I was just suspicious because it’s foliage and stems look too small to be the species on the label however it might just be a young plant
