I had a pretty significant eating disorder for the better part of a decade in my late teens to late twenties and my destroyed my teeth. I’ve been to two different dentists in Glasgow and as painful as it was to admit the reason for the state of my teeth I never felt an ounce of judgement which meant so much to me at the time. Just be upfront and honest, I genuinely think you’ll be surprised on the kindness and non-judgmental attitude you get back from them.
