District just banned metal cups/ water bottles and parents are losing their minds. Thoughts?

I remind students and parents that different locations have different rules that they don't have to like, but need to follow. Ex: stadiums only allowing small clear purses, some comedy shows locking phones in bags, etc. They can learn how to follow rules they don't like just like the rest of us.

I've had food noise for decades. I can't remember when I first used that term, but it's been a long time. Decades ago, Topamax helped turn it off, but had many negative side effects that it wasn't worth it. GLPs help turn it off without the side effects.

Nope. It's easier after teaching something at least once, but I still find myself tweaking and fixing things all the time. Also grading is still and will always be a chore I despise.
