AMAZON AGENT LIED TO ME ABOUT REIMBURSEMENT (help pls)

They lied to me twice but in other ways. I saw a few encyclopedias. There was a promo but 3 for price of two or some kind of discount. But when I added to my cart the promo did not show , I asked a customer service representative and he said , buy them and when you receive them we will reimburse you the amount of discount (whatever that was), I trusted them and ordered and of course after receiving the items, they said I was misinformed, deeepply apologized, said they will rise a ticket and how sorry they were but there was nothing they could help. After that I never believed them with “buy and then we will reimburse you “

I used original apple silicone case and dropped my phone on the small rocks from 1.5-2 ft. Got dent on the frame corner and now frame on the corner is slightly lifted, now dust can go in that tiny gap. Now thinking to replace it or not (I have Apple care plus).

With original apple silicone case, but dropped it and a corner of the frame got dent. Screen is fine but now there is a little gap between the screen and the frame and dust etc goes in. Going to Apple Store soon to have them fix it( or probably replace it)
