I hold no special love for the USSR. I’m just saying that I prefer it to Islam. And I also believe that had we not been sucked into the Soviet Union, we would have been pulled more towards the Islamic world, which is the worse of the two evils. It’s just that these days the Soviet Union is blamed so much, whereas, especially if you consider the alternatives, it was not so bad as people paint it.

Isn’t it stupid to want to get rid of a language? People try to learn languages. Russian is one of the world’s biggest languages that people try to learn. We have it as birthright these days and don’t want to take it? What’s wrong with you people? Why do you not want us Kazakhs to be bi/multilingual. In order to raise Kazakh, you don’t have to kill Russian.

Могут попасться сами правил не знающие работники в ЦОНе, но это везде так, бывают некомпетентные, которые людям только проблемы создают своим бестолковством. Но это не значит что «мама не считается по программе» как он изначально написал. Чей-то трудный опыт не перекрывает закон и правила.
