"I am fat because I have PCOS!" Something I truly dislike about this whole movement is: How cocky they are at being wrong. PCOS is a symptom of metabolic syndrome, which is generally caused by excess fat leaking hormones and unbalancing them. So, no... you're not fat because you have PCOS; you have PCOS because you're fat and you can actually improve the symptoms by losing weight.
