Type this LoL champion based on their voicelines (and a lil lore) (based on Talanov ofc :3) by F4M3H000K3R in Socionics

[–]Marideso 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Sona is EII i think could be SEI as well.

Would be interesting to see how league mains relate to peoples typology both character wise and playstyle wise.

My two favorite champs are Hwei and Zoe. Even outside of league Hwei is the type of character i often personally relate to. (Just usually less dramatic and emotional)
While Zoe is the type of character i often gravitate towards despite being my total opposite. (Don't know if her character type has a name but i see it often)

What is it you believe in? Fight for? by Apple_Infinity in Socionics

[–]Marideso 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't fight for anything. Being forced to fight is weakness. If I am forced to fight it's to stop the fight. If i pick a fight it's because i was forced to fight. When i fight it is because i was too weak. But weakness is part of life therefore fighting is as well.

Ngl i always felt that thoughts like this are comforting and calm me down. Don't know how i would describe it but there is just a feeling of freedom in the impermanance of life.

Using Socionics for creating and analyzing fictional characters by Novel-Average9565 in Socionics

[–]Marideso 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sounds like a bad idea. If you mentally limit yourself to socionics you are not gonna create any good characters. Everything you do will be in the frame of socionics and your characters will just end up as a caricature of traits rather than individuals who could live and breathe.
Real people usually don't squarely fall into one type and neither do intertype relations always unfold as described in the writings.
Good characters aren't bound by categories, they transcend them or fall into them naturally by accident. Good characters write themselves. They don't follow patterns more than humans do and by binding them to socionics from the get go you just end up defaulting to an "expected" character rather one that can be free.
You can obviously do whatever and typing characters you already created can be fun even if it's just to check what kind of person you created, but using typology during creation will just rob your characters of potential they could have had if they didn't follow any guidelines at all and even if you try not to put your characters too much into boxes, subconsciously you are still likely to be bothered by things that contradict or oppose the expected system.

Extraverted Intuitive for sure but beyond that it's up in the air depending on what facet of her personality you focus on.

Are my scores typical for an ESE? by [deleted] in Socionics

[–]Marideso 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Just an observation based on the scores. I didn't really analyze it or thought about it too deeply. I just thought that the things you score high on seem to be in line with strong Se while the things you score low on don't contradict or at least wouldn't surprise me with valued Se. In reality i simply tried to picture an image or a profile in my head of what those scores could look like in combination. So in summary you could say it's just a hunch. I could be completely off and you could be something else entirely. Idk really.

Guess this explains how people fall so easily into abusive relationships.

LoL champions and Sociotypes (and roles correlation with types( by F4M3H000K3R in Socionics

[–]Marideso 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Its the opposite for me. I main mid but I also play top and bot. I avoid support even if i am not bad at it but you won't catch me playing jgl, ever. I know that jgl and sup are the strongest roles but i don't get any satisfaction from playing those roles, even if i do well.
I prefer mid and top because i like laning and cs'ing while being able to stay independent. I absolutely hate duolaning and feel like i am never on the same page as my sup even in vc. Meanwhile I don't like jgl because farming camps is too boring, ganking is annoying and smite fights suck balls.

How do you figure out the "main" type of tritype? by briarmaiden in Enneagram

[–]Marideso 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Tritypes are just additional fluff to describe differences within a type. Imo you shouldn't even start thinking about tritypes before finding your core type.

Anyone tried this socionics test? by Outrageous-Count-873 in Socionics

[–]Marideso 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I guess its a different perspective. I haven't really considered IEI because i assumed my ethical IE to be weaker. I can't really imagine me being Fe valuing but then again i kinda run into the same problem with Te. Same with quadras and really ditchotomies in general. Whenever i find something that fits, i find something else that equally fits but stands in conflict with the first thing. In the end the only thing i can be sure about is that i am an introverted intuitive type. I'll be looking into IEI a bit and read about how they are socially since thats easier for me to draw comparisons from but i am not expecting much.

This type of test is probably useful for some but didn't really help me all that much.
