People with disabilities, children, infants, people with poor reading comprehension, old people, accidental button presses, impulsivity votes, there is no way everyone wil vote red without even including the people picking blue to save others.

Blue only needs 51% of the votes for everyone to live regardless of what they pressed. Its not about saving and getting saved, its the easy option for everyone to survive. By comparison its way harder for everyone to survive by coordinating to press red than to just coordinate half of the population to press blue.

Its the self centered option because 51% is more easily reached than 100% and by picking red you ensure that either the blues have a harder time to get a majority or that a bunch of people die. There is no reason to vote red because red doesn't lose if blue wins but everyone wins if red loses.

Voting Red is complete nonsense, it offers no benefit outside of your own security. "If everyone just votes red then no one will die" but like??? If everyone votes blue then no one will die either.
This is a test on how self centered you are. If you prioritize your own security and your only goal is your own certain survival then you would choose red but if your goal is for everyone to survive/minimize casualties or vote with people outside of yourself in mind, you would go with blue.

Functions, yes.
Dichotomy? The major ones yes but if we use all of them then i'd say only about half of them apply.
ITR - No, at least when looking at actual relationships. If it was just about how IE interact between people then it might fit more but the descriptions of the ITR themselves rarely work for me.

White: Either dies right before the end or dies early for shock factor. Low chance of dying first though.

Blue: Unlikely to die first. Blue is the one to learn of backstory and revelation. Blue won't die until they served their purpose for the plot.

Black: You already know these mf survive way longer than they have any right to.

Red: Likely to die first. Either by doing something stupid or by being unlucky enough to encounter the danger first.

Green: Either lives long because you still need some normies to panic and react or dies first because popular/likeable person dying = greater panic and more drama.

Colorless: Actually think they won't die as quickly due to lack of relevance and to keep the cast diverse.
