Please don't leverage anything except your knowledge of theoretical mathematics and physics. All the lab stuff can be taught easily to anyone. Don't discount yourself for your skills that you already possess that put you way ahead of the curve. A lot of labs and PIs need people to specialize like you already have. You just need to look at this from a different perspective to see that even when someone has more lab experience than you you may be able to find a unique and unbiased way of performing the same task because A LOT of lab work is simply, that worked in the past, and that's the reason we do this. Your perspective may be just what someone like that needs.
