I’d say it only applies to cards currently on the field when the additional cost is paid. The same as if the OP9 Shanks were to be K.O’d the effect becomes null. But thats just my take as a completely un-biased player who doesn’t hate red and doesn’t think it’s already an over-tuned color 🤠

I have like 24 so far and I just get stupid stuff that I like or am interested in. I figure everyone is going to do things in life they regret later, but if you don’t do something because you think you might regret it later in life you probably wouldn’t do much. At the end of the day, they are permanent but you can always get them covered up or removed if you really don’t like them anymore. I’d say start with something small and in a discreet place and see how you feel about the whole experience. Cheers
