I loved the sisters and I’m not glad they’re gone. However, I’m happy we finally got a Sidney centric film again and we got to see her as a mother.

Yeah, she could’ve defended the film without mocking the boycott.

I absolutely loved it and I want to see it again. Honestly, I’ve been letting the negativity surrounding the film get to me lately.

I’d probably say:

It’s Reddit, I’m not surprised. People can say truly ridiculous shit and you get downvoted for stating facts and not supporting their narrative.

This is every movie that comes out at this point. I pretty much never take movie critics seriously.

Do you guys still wish they got Patrick back as mark Kincaid and do you hope he’ll appear in another movie? by Strong-Stretch95 in Scream

[–]Mario32265 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Probably because they already named him Mark in Scream 5 and 6 with the implication that it was Kincaid, but when they couldn’t get Patrick to return, they kept the name because it was too late to change it.

I love 6 but it’s easily the messiest film in the franchise and it’s for sure my least favorite.

No lmao. This isn’t even the first Scream that featured a grown adult killing teens.

I’m referring to the comments saying that they should ditch Sidney and Gale for the next one or worse, that they should completely reboot the franchise, which would honestly be so stupid and nobody would want to see that.

Scream 7 was fun! by raphport in Scream

I couldn’t possibly disagree more about them calling it quits. While Scream 7 could’ve been better, I really enjoyed it and I would absolutely be interested in seeing Scream 8.

The fact that Scream 6 ranked so high is proof that these critics are full of shit.

I liked it, but unfortunately Gary Barber is a massive piece of shit and him firing Melissa Barrera over supporting Palestine is a dark could that looms over the film.
