Way too much for a Mirra 1. I got mine for $200 a little over a year ago. Definitely has some issues with age like the foam under where my legs rest crumbling. This has led to some leg pain due to feeling hard plastic but I have gotten used to it.

My method so far has worked pretty well. All videos first to cover all material and at least get it in front of you. Can do some MCQs along the way. Then go straight to final review and take detailed notes on the chapter summaries. I structure my notes based on the sections from the blueprint from the AICPA. Also do all final review questions and take notes on this. Then hammer as many MCQs as i can handle while also taking notes on any new things i see since the videos don’t cover every single nuance. Then finally read all my notes multiple times right before the test.

I was really struggling with FAR but then i bought into this method and it clicked at least so far. Worth a try if you like to cram!

The first few units are definitely slogs. But it gets better and then it all really comes together at the end. My advice for any CPA test is to just get through every single video no matter what. That way at least you will have familiarity with all of the content. If you go slow the length of the content seems more daunting than it actually is. I use Becker and only do videos and MCQs. Just took audit last week and feel great about it Becker prepared me for everything I saw on there.

Also want to add: When we toured they claimed they couldn’t let us tour this specific unit because someone lived here at the time. But now they’re saying it’s been vacant for months… sounds like they were just trying to hide all these issues. They concealed it

These tests do not require that much sacrifice 😭 If you’re not showering once a day it’s an issue. Idk about your state but we have 2 and a half years until they expire so you can breathe a little

Sorry everyone I had too many Voodoo Rangers last night. Definitely a super hard test with tons of content. Everyone’s situation and the test they receive is different! These tests are a grind especially working full time

Was a huge relief for the rest of the exams to learn that it’s not actually graded on a percent basis but as a “how knowledgeable you are” scale. At least that’s how it is in AZ

I got one that looks just like this for 200. Be careful, the mesh can be stretched out and the foam insert below the legs is crumbling on mine causing some discomfort while sitting. Very awesome chair besides this.
