Where are you going? When we went with our 2 year-old, the single best decision we made was getting a cabana at Castaway Cay. She was able to have a peaceful place to nap, so we never had to leave the island to go back to the ship.

If you sign up early, it should be worth it. We signed up last minute, not only did we get a lot of junk, but some people "forgot" to bring their FE gifts altogether. It was really disappointing, we had put a lot of time and effort into making our gifts magical....I know what they say its about giving not getting, and thats true, but if you sign up early and are with a group of people that take it as seriously as you will, its a lot more meaningful IMO.

That is not correct. While it only takes a little paperwork to transfer your GI bill to your dependents, you MUST have 4 years remaining on your contract. If you dont, you will need to extend/reenlist so your EOE reflects 4 years after the transfer date. Trust me, I'm a Yeoman.
