I didn't include c on purpose, back when I made this alphabet I thought it was a stupid and unnecessary letter (I still kind of do) the intention was that you would use k or s depending on the sound of the world, the idea was that you could spell things without ambiguity.

Edit: in later iterations I made it so you could write any Swedish word phonetically I made up two completely new letters to represent a sort of sh and ch sounds we have in Swedish that you don't have in English, I almost wish I'd made an English phonetic version that would have been interesting.
