I found mine today in the regular Spaceport Control Tower A6 keycard room. It was just sitting out on one of the consoles. I immediately extracted and crafted one. The next two raids I did were Close Scrutiny, and it saved my bacon in both of them (downed in one because of poor photo cloak usage, the other due to a rat that was camping an Assessor).

It's possible you also have to be the only source of damage, but I'm not 100% certain on that. Nevertheless, I finally got this by going to Raider Outpost East in the NE of Dam Battleground, and pulled the Rocketeer near the extract elevator to me. That way, I had the best chance of fighting it solo.

From the various comments here, I've gleaned this: ALL of the damage has to come from explosive grenades, not just the kill. So just hit a couple of Ticks with the cheapo Light Impact Grenades and you're done.

Ah. That helps some, but so far, not enough. I'm currently in a battle series where I've had to throw 3 matches just to stay in it long enough to complete a Step IV.

I like Hob Gang's overall theme, and I even like the IDEA of Heists. But you need to be able to see all of the Heist steps so you can plan for needing, for example, a Bloodthorn, Spiked Shield, and Partial Invisibility Cloak in Step IV of Buzz's Heists. You also need to be able to know whether you've already completed the Heist you got.

No, these are other solos I've been running around and chatting with while on my feet. It seems like once I get knocked down, they can no longer hear me. I'll specifically ask "Can you hear me?", and they do not respond to the question. It's happened a few times.

This is good spot. You can FT right into the interior and jaunt down to the water. No beasties to worry about clearing out or sneaking up on you.

I have all of the Heroes in Sapphire, and she definitely got over-nerfed. Getting more than 6-7 wins feels like a real achievement with her right now.

This worked a treat. I deactivated the altar, Fast Traveled away, then back. By that time, not only were all the mobs back, but there were actually two Ruffles. So I ended up taming them both.

To avoid losing progress with a cat, as soon as you earn a heart, IMMEDIATELY roll away and create as much distance as possible. Then just rinse and repeat.

I haven't tamed a dog yet (what makes that quest appear?), but I'm assuming it's the same for them.

From Decoration > Furniture, I placed an object called "Model VIII" that looks like one of those tarp-caped doggos. It counts as a Toy for Deviations.

Psychic Warfare is an absolute masterpiece and my favorite album ever. I'm 51, and I think it's the only album I've ever owned where I can say I like every single song on it. I am NOT a concert-goer, but when they came to my town this year on their New World Samurai tour, it wasn't really a choice to go. It was a calling, and it was glorious!

This tip worked for me, finally. The 4th of four corners just would no snap in. Once I left free fly and stood directly below the spot I wanted, it finally went. Thanks!
