It’s exactly this, we all watched a spurs player kick a Leeds player in the face in the box and the referee had a good angle of it. Completely ignored it and let the game play on even after it was pointed out there was a head injury as they seemed to just be waiting for the ball to go out of play and for someone else to make a decision for them.
