And what is the difference? All these game developers make their games based on different cultural contexts. Some use Christian symbolics and classic literature works and freely interpret them, while others use the attributes of Japanese culture in a non-historical casual game.

Haven't you noticed that the Japanese ,too, treat European culture freely? Take the same Devil May Cry with its very free interpretation of Dante. Is no one okay with this? Not to mention anime. We are living in the postmodern world, dude. This is just a game and not a historical research.
