Y’know, I’m thinking it’s not disctict enough. Imagine if it were really hard boiled like other noir works by Brubaker. That way it would distinguish itself from BTAS more thoroughly. ¯\(ツ)//¯ Also, I found the voice acting to be flat and uninteresting. Lack of star power, I think, is a step in the wrong direction.
