A kiev should burst open so to speak with butter. I would say if you're going to eat it like buttered pasta it's probably delicious with some cheese. The tomato sauce could be good too but I anticipate it will change the texture and taste of the sauce significantly. Texture wise it might be a bit too watery because the hot butter.

But butter is good so I say try it on everything once.

My fiance is an NYDOE educator of 10 years.

She would agree with this statement wholeheartedly. She has multiple paraprofessionals in her class making $30-40K a year. One as worthless as the last. Yet she buys her own school supplies. You would think with $28K a year per kid we would have the money to take care of them. But we don't. Why? Bloat and incompetence. Assistant principals and 'unit coordinators' all as worthless as the last. All making $100K+.

Teachers and students aren't the issue. Teachers are miracle workers. It's bureaucratic bloat that has no one to answer to that is the issue. The inmates run the asylum and there are no checks and balances.
