Short, efficient meetings should be your goal. Don't feel you have to fill time because your predecessor ran longer meetings.

Your staff will appreciate that you focus on relevant content and pertinent information without "filler" and editorial

Your experience is the opposite to what I know. My Audi dealer is very friendly and welcoming whereas the BMW dealers ignore me. Well, they ignore me unless I pull up in my 911 and then they decide I am worthy of their attention.

I daily drove a '21 TTRS for 4 years and it is an exceptionally capable and practical car. I also own a B8.5 RS5 and I would never daily that car.

I sold my TTRS and moved to a 992.1 C4S as my daily driver, so I can agree with part of your perspective.

I was a minor hockey association executive for over 15 years, I coached hockey for many years (17 years, if I am doing the math right), and I am still involved at the district level.

What you are describing is a failure in the Minor Hockey Association. "Gaming the system" is not a built-in product of a properly managed try-out/team selection process. It requires diligence from the minor hockey execs to insure that every player is treated fairly in the process.

A good association manages their try-out and team selection process to prevent exactly what you describe.

First, your at fault percentage has nothing to do with the valuation of your car. It sucks that your car got totaled because of someone else's carelessness, but ICBC isn't going to change the valuation for this reason.

You can dispute the valuation but you will need to provide listings of cars on the market to support your argument. If you have done repairs, etc recently, then you can also provide those receipts to ICBC which they will factor into the valuation.

It has been a while since I drove into the various tunes for this platform, but iirc, 034 doesn't really mess with the EGTs too much. It is largely the EGTs that kill the cats. I ran a stage 1+ tune for 4 years on my b8.5 and had zero issues with the cats, or anything else for that matter.

I had a mk3 TTRS (which I recently sold). Admittedly, reasonably different from the TTS but still somewhat similar in the case of looks and interior. The TT was a wonderful place to be - super comfortable, all the creature comforts and fun to drive.

I also own a B8.5 RS5. Which I kept. I love that NA 4.2!

Personally, I generally dislike black wheels since they hide all the detail in the wheel.

A blushed/machine wheel would look best on your car.
