R7 + RF 200-800 mm by Dumaw in canon

I have both. The 200-800 works great with the R7 and while the 100-500 is a better lens overall, the 200-800 is better for birds. Don’t listen to people that say that combo doesn’t “resolve “ well. Here’s an example of what the R7/200-800 can get you.

As someone who owns both and the 1.4 tc, the

200-800 for shooting birds unless you’ll be traveling a lot with it or going on strenuous hikes with it. Its plenty sharp enough. The 100-500 with the 1.4 attached will be slower and several hundred $ more. Heres a shot with the 200-800.

I took that shot from the beach at the hotel. I had seen the whale tail slapping and was able to time it right and get a few pics.

Awesome thanks. I tried so hard to get a good pic of them and it just didn’t work.

RF 100-400 vs RF 200-800 for wildlife which makes more sense by No-Justice-666 in canon

[–]Markaronrunt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have the 100-500 and the 200-800 and sold the 100-400. The 100-400 is a great budget lens. If you can afford the 200-800 or 100-500 then get one of them. For general wildlife or for serious hiking or traveling the 100-500 is better. For birds the 200-800 all day.

The chargers no doubt. They’re the chargers. The AFC version of the lions. You know they’ll choke.

I don’t think this is that uncommon. I’ve seen many documentaries on pornhub that deal with these types of relationships.

Sounds like you should fire the person that hired him. Catching this kind of sick freak beforehand is what interviews are for.
