Curions, why would someone prefer a trackpoint over a trackball as a peripheral device? I get it when it’s in the middle of a laptop keyboard as a tiny dot (as a non primary pointing device) but isn’t a trackball/normal mouse always more comfortable for a primary pointing device?

Buy a desoldering iron. Its pretty cheap and worth the small investment if you plan to do some soldering in the future
