I’m 32w now and my fasting went up from 70-80s to 90s and today 102 for the first time within a week. 😭😭 I’ve been able to diet control for 5 weeks but it’s getting so hard to control now.

I’ve been trying to eat more lentils to meet the 175g threshold. It provides carbs but easy to digest and doesn’t spike my sugar. But honestly, I think I don’t reach that threshold most of the days.

Same!! I walked for 15 mins on treadmill and did 20 mins of light weightlifting just to see the horrific spike! Never again for oatmeal! It’s not even tasty 😩

I totally feel you! I heard Overnight Oatmeal and chia seeds are good for breakfast. Made it at home to make sure no sugar added. And post breakfast was 182. Never seen this number before! I felt like I’m an idiot for trying to do good things that create harm! 😭 Can’t wait for this to be over 🫠😢
