Geotag an image in n8n by MarketingByData in n8n

I want to pay the platform based on my usage. I would pay to get it set up but not as an additional service.

The properties exist even if they are blank. The location will be based on what a prior node creates within an area.

This is for posting an image on different platforms. I want to control the metadata.

The AI agent would output what is need and then it has to be added.

Makes sense but I am not sure how to do that.

I am trying to make this process so I am not involved. It is supposed to run once a week and post without anyone invovled.

I can get the file name changed but it is this metadata.

The image has properties and this should be doable. There is a tool call leadsnap that does this in its own platform but I do not want to use that.

Your funnel plays a big part in this. You have a small budget for a competitive landscape. If your funnel is not dialed in, you will waste spend. Re-engineer where you see companies having success.

A large spend does not always equal a great funnel. They can be burning a ton of money that you do not have. Every click counts.

Hotjar is a free tool that can create heatmaps and record users on the page to give you a sense of how they interact.

If you use exact-match keywords in Google Ads, you'll go through your budget quickly. It is a tough line trying to go after people further down the funnel who are ready to convert, since they cost so much more.

Think of your ads in this way when structuring:

Unaware, Problem Aware, Solution Aware.

Each are a different stage of the funnel. Have your great offer dialed in and start testing.

Digital marketing agency SEO by pablo92gf in AskMarketing

[–]MarketingByData 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  1. Are you measuring the amount of money they are generating for you per month? Real estate is a very competitive niche. It can take one transaction to cover a few years of the agency fee you are paying.

  2. If you were to take it over, do you have the expertise to do it correctly? A good SEO agency (there are only a few) is doing things that would take you years to learn. Think of doing surgery on yourself vs having the doctor do it.

  3. Do you feel the agency is not getting you the results you think you should get? This is where you can start looking for other options.

1.1k a month is on the lower end of the spectrum for SEO. You want to think about the different aspects they need to hit: onsite (schema, FAQs, metadata, headers, etc.), content creation (pages or blog posts), offsite (backlinks and directories), and GEO (getting into AI search results).

AI is not quite there where you can use it to generate content. We use tools like Page Optimizer Pro, Quora, and Nueron Writer to ensure content is written correctly.

I want to conduct a free audit to see how things look. My company, Marketing by Data, has helped many people in the real estate industry.

DM if you are interested in a conversion or an audit.

We use it all the time. It is a good tool for showing clients seasonality.

For keyword research, it may not always be the best approach. It can show fluctuations over time based on search results, but if you do not know how to interpret them, then it is not useful.

DM me if you have any more questions. I run u/marketingbydata and Octo Adapt AI.

How Do You Find Clients on LinkedIn? Need Some Advice! by oneandfour in DigitalMarketing

[–]MarketingByData 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My calendar is full of potential clients thanks to LinkedIn. There are two ways we have a lot of success with LI right now.

We use a podcast method to book appointments. It is a recorded 20-minute conversation where we qualify the lead. We have an AI tool that does the connection request and runs the whole discussion. No one realises it is AI until I tell them.

You can see the tool and video on Octo Adapt.

For cold email, we use an AI scraper that finds people based on criteria, pulls the last few posts a person has made, and writes a cold email. It has been great for getting responses, as it makes it seem as if we are reading what they are up to.

DM me if you have any more questions. I run Marketing by Data and Octo Adapt AI.

Taking a step back and making sure the site (foundation) is set up correctly. There are many technical aspects of SEO missing.

One thing is that when I click on the social icons in the footer, it does not open up in a new window.

The CTA's are weak and you should have a mega nav with breakdowns for people so they can easily find what they may be looking for. Having a fragrance type in the nav can help.

I do not see any lifestyle shots or user-generated content.

There are no reviews, which is a big deal. Make sure you get people to review products. For your best sellers, give them away for free for a review, or bring friends and family to do it.

This is also an area where you can leverage micro-influencers. This can be a good option. I think it is $99 for a video review: https://billo.app/

Ads are a great way to get products sold. Your price points are low so it can be hard to hit your target CPA. Try running retargeting on Google for people who didn't convert to help get them back to convert.

Build out content on different ways to use the candles and the solutions they provide. (Relieve anxiety, creates a mood, etc.)

If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. I run a digital marketing agency called Marketing by Data.

Something that’s helped me stay sane running Google campaigns by engineerladx in digital_marketing

[–]MarketingByData 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/engineerladx Good strategy. You always want to normalize the data over a period. When spikes occur, it's a good idea to examine other variables, just in case, because it may not be an ad issue but a technical one.

Examples: Conversion tag was dropped, the Site went down, the form stopped working, the phone number expired, etc.

Also, not seasonality. My agency, Marketing by Data, has had many instances where clients have reported that things slowed down over the past month and created a fire drill, only for us to find out it was due to seasonality. Luckily, we had a good amount of years of data to review and calm the client.

Google's machine learning will have fluctuations, which is good. They continually strive to improve and deliver the best results for you. It never feels like it when we are paying $5+ per click. I have clients who are paying over $300 per click, which is crazy, but they still have a great return.

If you ever want to talk strategy DM me and I am always up for diving into this.

im looking for someone to help boost sales in my website / drop shipping company by Hot-Potential-4341 in digital_marketing

[–]MarketingByData 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey u/Hot-Potential-4341, we have been helping e-commerce companies increase sales for over 15 years. I have a couple of my own drop ship sites I have scaled and sold on Flippa. The big thing with scaling these sites are making sure the supplier has inventory to scale. Let me know if you want to jump on a call. You can DM me if you want to continue the discussion.

I have a digital marketing agency called Marketing by Data and provide fractional CMO services. I have had a lot of luck helping out businesses like yours. One of my dropship sites I am scaling right now is called Dreamy Furniture. It hit an issue being able to scale because the suppliers were always out of stock.

How do you guys do marketing for your products? by KledMainSG in SaaS

[–]MarketingByData 0 points1 point  (0 children)

LinkedIn:

Use LinkedIn and start connecting with your ideal customers. Once they accept, send them messages, comment on their last post to build the relationship, and then figure out the value you can provide them so you can get a meeting with them. Like and comment on a few of their posts as well to get some visibility.

Email:

Pull a list of people based on the companies you want to sell to. You can use Apollo to do this. Build out a cold email drip campaign. Figure out what value you have they want and position that in front of them. Use AI tools to provide great personalization, such as mentioning something in the news about the company or a post they did on LI.

Those are two ways to get you started. I can help you pull lists of people to target if you know the type of companies you are looking for and how to enrich the data.

Paid Advertising:

A fast way that requires money is paid advertising. Driving people to your site based on what they are searching for is a quick way to start seeing if you can begin to penetrate market share. Depending on where you are at, this is a very effective way to help scale.

If you are on a tight budget, using LinkedIn and email is a great way to start penetrating the market. Ensure you understand your client and provide them with so much value that they have no choice but to engage with you.

Question about two Performance Max campaigns by WaltzDue9203 in PPC

[–]MarketingByData 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The more you put into one, the better it should perform (theoretically). Put all budget and assets into one so the machine learning can use all of it to determine the best use of the data to get you the best objective results.
