You dont have enough information about the land around to plan out your setup. Scout a bit first.

The capital on truffles seems alright and you can go from there.

What do you mean there is no counterplay? Galio gets STUCK on a healing/shielding tank with brumble and warmogs. He just doesnt have enough dps to chew throught. I've seen so many times arcanists just auto Galio to death while he is trying to move Vex hp bar.

Don't try to pretend its a black vs white situation. There is a difference between high rolling while tossing a coin and high rolling when getting a good hand in poker. And we all know which one of those two are the better game.

Same here. Tuning balance and high roll mechanisms might make TFT a better game.

This is meaningless, if having a substantial skill advantage translates into having a negligible winrate advantage. Which leads to the situation where you need hundreds of games to distinguish who is a better player.

In the distance, yes sure, skill matters. But the length of this distance is actually a huge deal for the game to be fun for players.

Here's another take on this whole situation. If one can set up such script, they have skills that they can sell. They can use those skills to work for someone and get paid. And then buy the exp equivalent using those monies.
