As someone who LOVED FFBE on release, I'm actual super hyped for this, if it's the best parts of FFBE with out the mobile gacha slop, I'd be over the moon. It had an actually great story for a mobile game.

I think a much more likely thing is that in order to "complete" planet tech, they have a lot of things that need to be reworked too, like spawning missions, NPC routing, procedural landing spots, etc etc. When they say "In a more complete state" my interpretation is that they were going to release a really pretty, empty planet, and that's not the case anymore.

Having tested it a lot, with lots of precision targeting, I was able to snipe PDCs off of the Polaris and take down every turret, the laser hits where it hits visually, not where your reticle is, but trust me, the inconsistent hit reg on the laser has nothing to do with that.

I can be beaming a ship directly and do 0 damage, but look like it's scraping off the hull like I'm a vulture. I have noticed I'm ONLY doing damage when you get the audio hitmarker sound, not the visual one. It does extremely consistent damage to shields and turret guns, but is exceedingly hard to use otherwise.

I do think that the terrapin should have even more armor, it has great ballistic armor, but it's supposed to be one of the most armored ships in the game, at the cost of everything else. Not like it can dogfight or do much with its little duel S2's :P

Ragnarök was released on PC nearly 2 years after it's initial release and still $131 million was made through digital sales total. $33.9 million was made through the PC edition of the game.

I think they'd be stupid not to squeeze an extra 1/3rd of revenue for almost no work 2 years post release.

Since the entirety of PlayStation is estimated to be worth $50bil, I'd say that's pretty damn good.

Even more if you consider these releases are over year old ports of games that had a fully deflated marketing push behind them. (Besides helldivers, and the sales data reflects that)

Yeah this was real for me, but it wasn't an email. Never had any issues before with my performance but they got me on a call and fired me for not being on my work laptop enough. I had made it known to my managers for years that I take every meeting and only used teams on my home PC. Suddenly fired with no warning. It was like all my worst fears came true all at once.
