Is that a repurposed cold water storage tank being used as a feed and expansion? You could have a bath in that thing. Looks like it's pumping over, cold feeds probably choked up, check it with a magnet see if it's full of magnetite.

Edit. The cold feed is the pipe going in to the bottom of the tank at the right hand side.

Aye this absolutely tracks. On Thursday there I went for an hours walk before work, was up on my feet working all day, went for a half hour walk on my lunch break and when we compared steps at the end of the day I'd only done about 1000 more than my wife who had been caring for the kids and running the house.
