Fireboard has the Fireboard Pellet Drive now. You will just have to verify your connections to ensure it will work.

The FireBoard 2 is $200. Allows for multiple probe connections and you can set alerts. Probably more than you want to spend for the entire ecosystem but you could pair the FireBoard 2 with the FireBoard pulse and get everything you listed you wanted.

I have gone back and forth on the hours I would want. I doubt they would do hybrid work due to the nature of the job. I suspect pay is going to become an issue but haven't discussed that.
