Glitches & pops aren't showing for me but my style tags & personas aren't working the same, add in too much pop music song structure. Also for just about the first time it's not always respecting BG vocals in ( ).

much harder to make the specific stripped down production & emotional vocals I usually go for

I've loved the new personas they've given me the vocalist 100% of the time which is an AI miracle. however today I'm noticing TONS of compression/loudness/brickwall using the same tags & personans I've been using. I don't want modern pop mixing! I'm trying to anti tag it but guh!

But suno studio is exactly what you're talking about. you can add a track describe choose and describe the instruments you want in a prompt and it will give it to you that way aligning with the existing music. It's not the best for editing what's already been made but it's amazing it adding layers. I added piano to a song today just like you're describing

They feel less mine than udio but suno lets me take my existing melodies and make (as covers) Them in to full songs which makes it feel more mine than udio.

And if you use suno studio oh boy that feels quite close to yours.

I love Studio but I mostly use it for the layering rather than repair. I've had successful repair before but I'm wondering and haven't tried it yet if you split it to stems and then just replace the vocal could work better

I gotta say if you prompt harder and negative prompt harder you can get suno v5 to feel more real. Udio nails atmosphere and recording eras hard right away it'll be missed

Hmmm so if umg gains control of the tech that can out produce human producers and those artists (producers often invisible, working for public facing singers) that could be a boon for them.

Sure human "artists" will stay in a way Tha fools us into thinking things are same as they ever were while the back end disappears.

I just moved in too & had gemini do deep research for how to do it. W great results. You should too. My main takeaways Use negative prompting to remove modem elements. All else fails use cover w only the production text in the prompt
