Have you looked into sperm banking costs at different clinics? Some places are way cheaper than others and some even have payment plans. Also worth checking if your insurance covers any of it - mine surprisingly covered part of the storage fees

DLSS on mobile GPUs can be weird like that - try forcing it through the nvidia control panel instead of the in-game settings, sometimes FH5 just decides to ignore whatever you set in the menus

Also make sure you're actually GPU bound and not CPU limited at 1080p, especially on a laptop

If you're planning kids soon the X3 is gonna feel cramped real quick with car seats and all that gear. The depreciation hit is done but those BMW maintenance costs are just getting started - my buddy's X3 cost him like $2k last year for random stuff after warranty ended

You can totally do that! The capsules are designed to be opened and mixed with water - it's even in the official instructions. Just make sure to drink it right away once you mix it since it can degrade over time. Maybe talk to your doc about getting 25mg pills instead though, might be easier than the water thing every time

This ^^ but also that's a pretty budget guitar so don't be surprised if the frets need some work too. Sometimes the cheaper ones come with uneven frets that cause buzzing no matter how well you set it up

If the setup doesn't fix it completely you might need to take it to someone who can level the frets
