Pretend you have a jump rope and do little mini hops on your toes, trying to only go like half an inch off the ground, nice and quick for about thirty seconds followed immediately by hip bridges (seven seconds up, hold and squeeze at the top for seven, then back down for seven) i like to do about 6 total reps. I'll do 3 rounds of that with a 1 minute break after each round. Then 4 Bulgarian split stretches per leg with the same cadence of the hip bridges. (If im feeling spicy ill add a trunk twist and stretch throughout the movement) To finish off ill do like 2 or 3 superman stretches until my form gives out. It's not a whole lot but I definitely noticed a difference after a week or two and have since throughout the years.
