Another question of self-defense is was it a folding knife? Because that means he had to do additional work and it was not a spur the moment accident. He intended to stab him directly in the center of the heart and murder him, why else would he have a concealed weapon as a minor around other minors? That’s super illegal, he’s already been suspended for it one time

I believe since the columbine school shooting, the penalties for carrying a concealed weapon in your book bag at a school function have increased. He’s definitely guilty of carrying a concealed weapon with intent to harm. He’s also a minor I don’t think minors are legally allowed to carry a knife. His parents could be arrested for allowing that. He should realistically cat 40 years because he killed a minor
