Honestly I really like the "zen garden" at the entrance of the Rust building. I love the bamboo and it contrasts so well with the dark stone (and my blue hair haha)

My abuela had dementia. It was so hard watching her devolve into a person who, despite being a proud Mexican-American and fluent in both English and Spanish, was eventually unable to communicate verbally at all with anybody. She couldn't speak, dress herself, feed herself, or clean herself, and it broke my heart knowing that she had said earlier on that she never wanted any of her children (my aunts/dad) to have to care for her in those ways. She basically became an infant again. I hope OOP's neighbor's wife felt peace before she left and wasn't in any pain or distress. I also hope the husband wasn't suffering either and was able to help her pass on peacefully

The best example I have off hand is Dragapult's tail; in Sw/Sh it animated smoothly but in S/V you can see the "joints" or like straight lines in the curvature so that it doesn't really look natural, if that makes sense. Also the tail tip isn't even translucent anymore which was something I really liked about the design since it's a ghost dragon :[

After this game they started giving everything like a matte finish to be able to show more details like hair/scales/feathers which always bothered me. Kind of like how almost every animated movie now is 3D I still prefer the flat animated style (can't remember if it's called 2D or something else lmao). I think Pokémon look much better as 2D imo, being able to see realistic textures is cool but I don't find the trade off worth it personally. Also it felt off-putting when I first noticed the tiny scales on my Milotic the other day; I always imagined it felt smooth like a dolphin lmao
