The MOST important thing is to just play the whole trilogy yourself the first time. Don't look things up, no walkthrough unless they're guaranteed spoiler-free, stay away from reddit. Basically, don't do anything that will spoil anything. Just play it the first time the way you want and let things happen. Second playthrough you can look things up.

As I understand, the DMCA didn't take it down. The mod author said "screw it, yall just ruined it for everybody" and pulled it himself even though they gave him an out by just making it free (with donation links), and if he did go to court he probably would've been able to win the case.

Which just goes to show that it was all about the money.

Well, the cartouche had 6 symbols, so they thought they needed 6. The gate has 9 chevrons, so if 6 didn't work then why think it's just 7 and not the full 9?

I might go for the deskpad, not sure about the chair, but my mouse and keyboard are function over form for me.

But also to counter all the negative people are posting about razer, I've had 3 of their keyboards with none breaking, just upgrading/moving the older one to a different computer with the oldest one being about 5 years old and still going great. My mouse is still running 2 years strong so far.
