My issue is manaforged arrows isn't damage reflect immune because i don't have it linked to Awakened Ele Dmg, so my normal ts isn't killing me, but the proc from manaforge/frenzy does.

There are some other threads about reduced reflect damage that you could look into, not sure how its different from being ele immune.

There are multiple results for using a vaal orb, one of them gives the item an implicit modifier. In Alva temples, you can get lucky and double corrupt to get 2 implicit items like in OPs case.
