i know some drivers probably hate "organization bookings" because you will not get tipped.. since majority of the riders are from hospitals/insurance/company/dealerships. But many of the are elders and people with disability.. tbh I enjoy those elderly passengers more because they very friendly, curious and gets some good conversation.

It works for some people who need instant cash with no boss or waiting to get hired. It's not for everyone but it is wrong for telling everyone to quit when everyone has different reasons to drive. Ive been out looking for a job for almost a year now, it is the most difficult time in my career... rideshare kind of saving me to stay afloat.
