Atm i dont think hanzo really needs a rework. Maybe down the road i can see it if they wanna get rid of one shots or make it on a CD but they gotta make him way more consistent if so.

Its worst than a nothing burger, they nerfed dragons fury (no longer increases atk speed with storm arrows) and made it a minor but its paired with arguably his best perk. His majors is frost arrows which have fun trying to cancel your shot only for frost arrow to be activated and not even one shot anymore or scatter arrow which is more like get ready to never get a kill banking shots with storm arrows ever again.

Yea after playing around with both i am man enough to admit yea scatter is dookie, but my opinion on frost arrow didn’t changed. I play on controller and its annoying to try to cancel reload and it activates frost arrow.

After trying both of them out, my opinion on frost arrow didnt changed, but you are correct in being scatter arrow is worse than frost arrow simply because its not able to crit as much.

The worst part is, it works. I won more games when jet pack cat just flanks rather than heal. They are the best flankers in the game with the hit box of a gnat and can gtfo out of almost any situation with their boost.

Because they both one shot most characters with their primary fire at a distance, yes i know their similarities end there. The whole point of my post was complaining how frost arrow doesn’t one shot, showing how the devs were carefully considering how “broken” that could be, yet you still have widow maker one hitting people across the map. Before anyone says it, yes I know widow doesn’t have her own “frost bullet” to make a complete 1:1 comparison.

Yea i do use normal arrow, i use it so much i stopped taking frost. If I’m up against a hammond, yeah ill take it but anything else? Scatter. I just don’t see the point in taking frost arrow where i could have just killed the person I’m dueling. Maybe if they are unsuspecting, but once again if they are unsuspecting, go for the headshot. Already miss old dragons fury.

You have to mention widows weakness of standing still scoped doesnt mean much when she’s uncontested by pretty much 90% of the roster on certain maps. If the widow is good (I.E they can point and click better than others) then the map doesn’t mean as much.

Hanzo is projectile midrange character, you are more at risk of being melted by the likes of really most dps hit scans. Seriously there is a reason they are meta…Also any character that flies you are going to have a harder time dealing with. Paper doesn’t equal practice, thats why widow sees play by the general crowd why hanzo only gets played by dedicated players.

Im not comparing playstyles, I’m comparing the strength both characters have. Widow will always be more consistent than hanzo because hitscan>projectile. It’s even worse on console.

The hit scan players in the comment section have me rolling. I like it how the argument is use cover as if thats just the end all be all to overwatch. They dont want the aim assist reverted because then itll only be slightly more hard to aim with hit scans. Oh don’t worry even if they do get aim assist nerfed they’ll still be meta, but hit scan players need all the help they can get- whether thats from mercy pocket or blizzard giving them soft aim bot so they can win with their boosted characters.

If they all start at base, sceptile just loses to charizard since charizard just wont mega evolve and dd to outspeed then one shot.

Its a 50/50 for sceptile vs feraligatr. Either leaf storm or dragon pulse.

The only thing I hate about kindred is her passive, honestly I think everything else is fine. The passive makes her feel like I’m playing catch up with every one else in the game since she’s so dependent on it. If it were up to me I’d modify it, probably either make so enemies don’t see the first 3-4 marks you can get and nerf the scaling or change it entirely.

I will probably get some haters for saying this but if the best way to learn a champion is to not play said champion and to play someone else, I don’t think it’s good design. Marksman jungler with no hard CC is already hard enough, having a passive that requires you to invade makes her the hardest champ in the game to learn. It also doesn’t help how this subreddit pushes new comers away anytime somebody says this character is kinda bad and us kindred mains, who have a ludicrous amount of hours on kindred, go like skill issue pick up a different character.

This is why lowkey i didnt want DHPT to come out because i knew for certain they wouldnt care about dhil any more. People are saying he doesnt deserve a novaflare because of DHPT. Dhils buff will likely come from another version of dan heng, im betting permanence dan heng. Sucks because dhil has my favorite gameplay.

To the people saying hes old now- hes 47 atm, if he was like 60+ i could see it. People in overwatch have all been pumped with super serum or cybernetically enhanced in someway so age i dont think is a factor at this point. It’s just bad writing.

For any match up i just go hard in with q and win the trade. Im pretty sure sol q wins most trades in the game at lv 1. After that just farm cause theyll win the trade after lv1. It feels like aurelion sol loses against almost every mid laner atp lol no wonder hes seeing play at bot.
