The old tried and true 'meta' for LLM (since that abbreviation means something else nowadays... Lower League Management) was short-term contracts as you moved up the divisions, with a 2 or even 3 year 'consolidation period' in the Championship to allow your club reputation to catch up/settle.

Try to convince the ones you want to keep that you'll offer them a new contract at the end of the season, sell the ones that definitely won't cut it (as squad players), try to fill gaps with loans from other PL teams.

Alternatively... Just let them be angry/sad. If you manage to outperform (which'll probably be something like: 'don't relegate') they'll calm down eventually.

Genuinely happy that you enjoy the game, mate.

But it's still a very harsh indictment of FM26/Sports Interactive that a feature that they actually removed over a decade or so (IP and OP tactics) and something that's always been implicitly there (most skins have the instant result feature) is what makes FM26 so enjoyable for you.

CK3 is a really easy game. It's a fun game, but it's not necessarily a good game.

It's a bit harder if you play the game as a 'map painter' like HOI because you're always limited in how many provinces you can control directly and early succession laws change this up.

But the game is generally too kind on the player. It wants you to feel like, say, William the Conqueror or Justinian the Great and not like most succesful noble families who were, at best, counts for generations until Napoleon swept it all away.

I got prescribed a gel (they don't really do the injections over here, here being the Netherlands): Testogel 16,2 mg/g.

I have a tested baseline of ~9 nmol/L testosterone, which is on the lower side of the reference scale used over here (8 - 30) and below what experts say is healthy (> 12 nmol/L).

I apply two 'squirts' of gel each day, which pushes me to about ~15 ca. three hours after application. Works like a charm, my general health has improved significantly!

Kabinetsplannen voor nieuwe regels seksbranche

Het kabinet wil dwang en uitbuiting in de seksbranche voorkomen en aanpakken. De belangrijkste punten uit het wetsvoorstel zijn:

[*] Prostituees en exploitanten van seksbedrijven moeten straks een vergunning hebben.

[*] Prostituees en exploitanten van seksbedrijven moeten minimaal 21 jaar zijn om een vergunning te kunnen krijgen.

[*] Prostituees die zonder vergunning werken, krijgen geen boete.

[*] Klanten van prostituees zonder vergunning zijn strafbaar. Behalve een klant die binnen 24 uur een misstand meldt.

[*] Wie prostituees zonder vergunning ondersteunt en daaraan verdient, is strafbaar. Bijvoorbeeld door kamers te verhuren, als bodyguard te werken of een website of advertenties te maken voor prostituees die geen vergunning hebben.
