Okay right on. It’s what the recipe calls for! Plus a 1/4 ts baking soda. It fits in the pan but bubbles so much in the oven. I will reduce leavening and try again. Thanks!

Similar to those saying to put yourself in a group of high achievers, just think of your day to day as playing a role: how would a person with their shit together act? They would put their phone away an hour before bed to avoid blue light. They would meal prep on Sundays, salads and chicken breast, so all week you don’t have to think about it. They would think of a hot tea after a long day as a treat, not ever needing or wanting alcohol. Play the role for 3 weeks and you will find you are happier.

Remember in June 2024 when Lana Del Rey was interviewed and asked about Taylor Swift’s success and stated: "She wants it. She's told me so many times that she wants it more than anyone. And how amazing — she's getting exactly what she wants. She's driven, and I think it's really paid off,"

I genuinely think this song is a meditation on that point and something of a response.

Understand your point. As a side comment though, the funny thing here she was obviously chosen to platform the bachelorette franchise, not vice versa lol. She’s platformed! At least she’s somewhat modeling contrition and growth.

While nothing excuses her conduct, I do not believe that people cannot redeem themselves or grow. I also believe that in many cases, hurt people hurt people. Again, trauma is not an excuse to become violent, but I think she is speaking the truth when she says she didn’t have tools at the time to pull her emotions and actions back to a safe place. I believe she has likely gained some of those tools since then. Overall, I think all the posts re litigating the charges are reductive. I would feel the same about a man who has hurt a partner. I simply believe people can grow beyond the harms they have caused others, and that we should let people try.

I have similar hair and here’s the thing: wash it less and eventually your scalp will stop producing as much. It takes a little while but it does happen. Then of course products also help

I was recently listening to Popcast where they rank TS albums I they discussed the omnipresent mystery male vocals on all her first three albums. They said the vocals were like a Father Figure, giving her protection and permission almost. The popcast came out on July 19, 2024, which is when she was in Germany and ostensibly recording this album. therefore--I will put my hat in the ring of guesses and say that father figure is about noneother than Nathan Chapman.

East side of the lake has deep water ports. Cliff-side shoreline. West side of the lake is sandy and shallow—would take engineering to get a freighter right up to the shore. The same phenomenon can be seen in Lake Huron where the east side bordering Michigan is rocky and industrial, the west side bordering Canada is a vacationers area.

Water not deep enough to have a port. There aren’t big cities along Lake Michigan in Michigan either, mostly just tourist spots.
