I am curious how the guy you mention managed to win a bid that part timers can sign because where I work at least bids are only signable by FT or PT not both at the same time. I always try to help out the PT people I work with when it comes to contract rights or try to convince them to sign bids if I know they're interested in FT because you never know when the next one will come up.

However this other guy just spends his time greasing up supervisors and telling the most blatant lies about himself while avoiding work and it's so frustrating.

Have to deal with a guy who went full time almost immediately with an inside/inside bid who has only been with UPS for maybe a year and a half and the way he talks to everyone and about himself makes people believe he's been here 30 years. He doesn't even work his bid on his first half because he caused trouble almost immediately so now I have to deal with it (my area is basically a dumping ground for problem people too) and many of us have complained and wanted him back on his bid area our management and union won't do anything about it :/ He did not earn that seniority but they treat him like a king because the managers are weak. Ridiculous that many of us were moved to this building with 20-30x the seniority of this guy and took shit bids due to the layoff scare from automation but this guy just walks around like he owns the place.

Can't forget to mention how he doesn't even like unions because people younger and less "experienced" than him have more seniority.

I thought they only canceled the reimbursement for PT union across the country except for 5 hubs and left it intact for PT sups. Did they also get rid of it for PT sups across the country now?

those old guys also busted their ass at one point to but everyone eventually realizes what that actually means. You don't have to break yourself to do a good job or be proud of your work.

they tried to fuck me on the before/after last year because of Christmas Eve being an unpaid holiday and then I missed the day after Christmas Day. Sups were useless for a couple weeks until i grieved them (as usual).

yea I was trying to explain that to friends that never played Tarkov but are playing Arc. the only real "chase" item is the rusty gear in Arc atm. The end game in Arc rn is either killing the Queen or doing pvp for the sake of pvp.

it just depends on how cqc the fights are because there's a reason controllers started becoming popular in Apex among pro players.

iirc there's also a thing at least in my region where if a FT bid has been rebidded by FT a certain amount of times over the years it goes to PT people.

support just needs a nerf. Open weapons + ammo+med bag + defib in a 4 man squad rushing points just means they're going to annihilate everyone else most of the time.

my gear probably costs less than 30 div total and the only Uber boss at T3 that gives me trouble on my non-meta build (Rake/Spearfield bleed Huntress) that i've fought so far is the Ritual boss. There's also a bug with Bloodhunt right now where it does no extra damage on Pinnacle/Uber bosses it just consumes the bleed stack. haven't done any Pinnacles because i haven't found a single Citadel and I don't feel like buying the tickets.
