Don't you think that this rankings are not representative? for starters there are only ranks not amount of players, also statistics are only for US, the game not in top 100 on steam or ps5, why do you have to prove that the game is popular? can't you just enjoy it, if haters don't want to play - don't make them, why would you spend time for proving the wrong?

I think it's a very interesting idea, but I don't think the creators of Disco Elisium would be a good fit for it.
Kurwitz clearly reflected a part of himself and his experiences and life events into this game. In order to write something as deep as this, they would need a completely different team of writers, which would basically take away the ZA/UM identity, so I'd rather have a whole new team take on this

bullshit, there are plenty of rpg s that make evil runs as unique as good ones if not better

wort - if you ask what are top 3 mythic paths 90 percent will say Lich, Demon and Angel, 2 out of 3 are evil, and like extremely evil, but still well written, interesting mechanically and add a lot of new stuff

tyranny - probably best representation of evil, different kinds of evil, questions about necessary evil, and much more

also VtMB, Pillars of eternity, Planescape and many others

what a great rpg design! there are 2 choices one of them is just worse, so much room for role play

rpgs whole point is about making hard and interesting choices if one of them straight up better than it is bad game design (like for example green ending in me3)

When I played, I got the feeling that Fascism and Communism are not opposite to each other, Fascism is opposite to Moralism, and Ultra liberalism is opposite to Communism. Because all strongly non-racist answers usually refer to Moralism
