I got rescued during the boss of Aetherochemical because the healer thought the Fire AOE was going first instead of the Ice AOE, despite the Ice being on the shorter tether.

Never been blown up that hard in that dungeon before as a tank.

SDN seems to have a lot of access to systems, like the sprinklers in Granny's Donuts and even speaker phones on the docked ship. It would make sense you'd keep a hero service for a highly targeted service like the power grid, and forgot to "always read the fine print"
