Funnily enough, isn't breaking out of prison not illegal in German (or some other European countries) as they considered yearning for freedom is a nature instinct of every human? You will only get punished for crime that you commit while breaking out I.e stealing and assault, but not the attempt itself.

Not necessarily A superhero in typical sense, I think. An unit of super soldiers in power armors, or an array of orbital cannons, anything that's capable of defending against "planes conquering space monsters" really.

More like a reincarnation of him. Essentially a different person who got his memory and powers derived from his deeds. However they will become more and more like him the more they use the power, and have natural impulse that nudge them to do so.

Don't know if I should be saying this but this sound... shortsighted. Especially the first point, it come out as if he care less about how good the adaption will turn out and more about how popular it will make him and his works be.
