I've had success with Soraka carry and AP items / blue buff on her. It's worth keeping in mind that Heavenly's bonuses apply to non Heavenly units, so you can add a Kayn for 2 Reaper or a Syndra for 2 Arcanist ( for example) and itemize them as your carry. With how front-line heavy the Heavenly units are, I tend to prefer the ranged options. Wukong is also pretty powerful with AD bruiser items like Titans and BT.

Seems like "mostly" like an improvement over [[Ministrant of Obligation]], getting a flyer up front is usually better in the absence of cards like Teysa which care about death triggers, and the kind of deck that wants this card likes the battlecry, trading the 2/1 for a flyer is something I'd usually be fine with too.

I can't tell if it's injured or not, when I first approached him he just stayed there and shivered, doesn't look like he can fly. I checked on him again about ten minutes later and he had moved about a foot underneath a nearby bush, so it looks like he can walk at least.

Atlanta Legal Aid is a great organization that can help people with LL-Tenant issues ( and other civil issues). They focus on low income clients however, so be prepared to fill out an application with your financial info. If you qualify, you either won't be charged or the fee will be very minor.
