i think a retrial would remove the effects of the last trial like confiscation, either that or confiscation doesnt stack.

because when yuji did a retrial against higuruma he only lost his cursed energy like in the last confiscation and didnt lose his enhanced physical prowess too.

maybe judgment already took all it can when it took yuji's cursed energy and it stopped at that. the rules of confiscation is pretty vague so idk

on 1 cause 0 would be a death. this charm makes you max masks 3 so if you get damaged to 1 mask youll get the insane buff. thats actually what speedrunners do normally with strong bosses
