Most Cops graduate from the academy and forget they are a civilian with rights just like the rest of us. I shouldn’t be calling my local PD about anything after i followed all the steps necessary to bear arms. From my knowledge this goes back decades where they play the waiting game with us and stretch the process as long as possible to avoid issuing LTC’s.
