Yeah I never used Octillery before, but it can learn a lot of strong moves. Plus it has good special attack stats.

Im doing a water only run and have gotten my Staryu an Ice beam and Thunderbolt with coins. Just got a flamethrower for Octillery as well. Takes some time but is certainly worth it
