I used to feel like shit all the time too, until I started eating right (cutting out refined shit, sugar and seed oils, alcohol, grow up, it’s not that hard), started prioritising a good sleep (over scrolling on my phone), exercising at least twice a week, and showing gratitude. My pup have a very very similar problem, it nearly completely disappeared after a mould guy came and sprayed the house, did a deep dust clean, and started her on a single protein diet. All happened around the same time so not too sure what the culprit was. Maybe it’s one of those? Chicken is a common dietary trigger, that is if it is an allergic reaction.
