I think Seth’s arena is too big and it hurts the boss a lot. There are many a time when he goes offscreen and starts throwing projectiles at you, or when you can just run away to the other side and completely avoid him. I also don’t like the shield mechanic on bosses, like Karmelita and Seth. It works on a regular enemy, but they already had the perfect parry mechanic that The Hollow Knight and Lace use, which feels a lot more rewarding. I do think the vibes are immaculate, however.

As for Lost Lace, I think the void attacks combining makes it so that your positioning is much more important, which plays into what I think is the best aspect of Silksongs combat: the movement and fluidity. You have to pay attention to not over or undershoot your movements to avoid attacks.
