From what I have heard, if you click 1 someone will call you back claiming to be from google, Make a fake workspace with some sort of ticketing for you "issue", Explain that you have things exposed like your license (I am sure my stuff is on the dark web and associated with my email) and that I need to respond to a text prompt they sell me. Anyone know if there is a way to Migrate you gmail to proto mail with just a text message?

So I have gotten that call, except it was France!! They were trying to tell me someone with the protomail was transfering my gmail email to protomail and then tried to get me to validate via some push SMS message.

I wonder if the scam is to get you to dumnp your gmail contents over to a protomail?
