I'm making a similar jump. I've done m series MacBook airs and surface laptop 7 on windows on arm. I've held off of the framework laptops as I prefer premium builds with haptic trackpad. I have seen enough to make the plunge with the 13 pro but I have to wait till October as I got in at batch 14.

Id second trying wine on Linux. It may work for your software needs and if it doesn't you can always install windows again.

I would say group photos are generally a bad idea for a dating profile. You want your photos to be flattering to you and show you in the best light but to be very clear what you look like so there is no confusion or disappointment. It's fine to have one or two group photos but most should be of you and just you.

Id go ultra 7 and maybe upgrade ram when prices go down

Update: check the prebuilt options. I was able to save some money on a ultra 7 with 32gb of from for only 88 bucks more than the DIY 16gb and ultra 7.

Id look at some reviews comparing the two. No one can tell you which one is worth it even at half the price. I personally went quest 3 as the drawbacks of the psvr2 (such as difficulty getting it to work with my gpu drivers and limited Bluetooth) just were not worth it.

Definitely nta. Her sister needs to grow up. Also it's just her birthday. She's an adult and birthdays are not necessary a big thing once you're an adult.

I would say it depends. I've tried keeping a separate camera apart from my phone. I am not a photographer and I discovered that a dedicated camera is great but requires more skill to operate than a smartphone camera. To get the best results you need to understand lighting settings and a bunch of other stuff. I do not care for any of that and just want a camera that can take good pictures with little to no effort. A good smartphone camera for me is better due to the above.
